Research On The High Quality And Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In X County

Promoting compulsory education from basic balanced development to high-quality balanced development is an important educational strategy of China’s education in the new era,and it is also a basic project to support the strategy of rejuvenating the country through talents.Exploring the balanced development of compulsory education with high quality is not only a theoretical problem,but also an important practical problem.Balanced and high-quality development of compulsory education is a comprehensive educational development goal,which mainly includes the core requirements of high-quality school conditions,high-quality educational resources and attention to quality education.X County,located in the north of Jiangsu Province,is an underdeveloped region among developed provinces,with both developed and underdeveloped elements.It has a large population and a wide area,and the gap between urban and rural areas and regions is still significant,which is a significant representative of the theme of this thesis.Through literature research,investigation and comparative study,based on systematic combing of relevant data and research materials,we can find that compulsory education in X County has made great progress,but there are still some problems that can not well support the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,such as unbalanced allocation of educational resources,imperfect government guarantee,uneven education quality and limitations of relevant policy design.There are many reasons that restrict compulsory education in X County,including the existing influence of traditional urban-rural dual structure,insufficient investment and unreasonable use of funds,the idea of exam-oriented education has not been completely changed,and the mechanism of funds supervision and evaluation is not perfect enough.In view of related problems,in the future,the balanced development of compulsory education in X County should follow the basic principles of scientific financing,strengthening system and system innovation,and strive to promote it in an orderly manner by improving the efficiency of fund investment and use in compulsory education,promoting the long-term management of balanced development of compulsory education and cultivating the overall vision of balanced development of compulsory education.
