| Higher vocational education is an important part of vocational education,and higher vocational colleges are also the main export places of applied talents.With the deepening of the understanding of the role of applied talents,the reform of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges continues to follow up.As an important channel for cultivating applied talents,the construction of a good training base in higher vocational colleges is not only an important platform for students’ practical training,but also a hotbed for the cultivation of students’ professional ability.As a liberal arts education subject with strong practical ability,the professional ability of preschool education in higher vocational colleges needs to rely on the platform of practical training base construction.As a win-win mode of co-construction and sharing between“school—kindergarten”,“School—kindergarten” cooperation can effectively improves the quality of talent training through practical training base—kindergarten.Taking “school—kindergarten” cooperation as the entry point,combining literature research,interview,field investigation and other methods,this paper takes the main text of “school—kindergarten” cooperation agreement between higher vocational colleges and kindergartens as the basic analysis framework,based on the methods of literature research,interview,field investigation and so on,this paper clarifies the present situation of the construction of the training base of preschool education specialty under the cooperation of through field visits and literature reference and reveals that there are still five basic problems in the training base,such as insufficient investment of funds,imperfect teaching system,incomplete teaching staff,imperfect management system and unscientific evaluation mechanism,and through the exchange with the head of the school-enterprise cooperation in J college,relevant teachers of preschool education in J college,some students in J college,head of kindergarten training base,training base kindergarten director,training base kindergarten teachers and so on,high-level analysis the internal and external factors caused by the problems,combined with the reality,put forward the five basic optimization strategies with pertinence,at the same time,from the government,school,kindergarten,“school—kindergarten” cooperation some angles,put forward other levels of optimization strategies,in order to other vocational colleges preschool education major to promote the “school—kindergarten”cooperative training base construction to provide reference. |
