A Study Of Group Work's Intervention In The Anxiety Disorders Of Breastfeeding Employees

In the ancient traditional social concept of China,it is always the woman's primary responsibility and obligation to raising children and doing housework.However,as China's economic development and overall national strength have steadily increased,ideological values have also undergone tremendous changes.In the current workplace,the scale of women has been expanding,and excellent women have emerged and occupied an important position and value in all fields.However,there is still a very special group in the group of women in the workplace-lactating female employees.They not only needs to handle work matters,but also has to assumes the role of newborn mother in the family.The emotional anxiety of the breast-feeding female employees who faced the critical pressure of work and life in the critical stage of life has become the primary concern of this article.The complexity of the role composition leads to many factors that cause anxiety during the lactation period.The psychological status of the nursing staff is of crucial importance and cannot be ignored for the family.In this research,the employees of Y companies in Beijing during breast-feeding and lactation period are taken as the objects of comprehensive investigation and research.They focus on the emotional anxiety in their work and life,and thoroughly analyze the sources and forms of anxiety,combined with professional social worker theories and The intervention method for group work has been designed and implemented.It has actively explored and practiced the problem of solving this group of emotional anxiety.At the end of the thesis,the author rethinks and sums up the effectiveness of the intervention of the group,aiming at enriching the theoretical research of the social worker in the field of emotional anxiety and also enriching the practical intervention of the social work of the company.
