| In 2018,the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era pointed out that local governments and relevant colleges are encouraged to adopt targeted enrollment and targeted training according to local conditions to train teachers with "one specialty and multiple abilities" for rural schools.In the same year,in the Action Plan for Revitalizing Teacher Education(2018-2022),it was pointed out that the rural primary schools should be supplemented with general teachers through various ways,such as directional training at public expense,and refunding fees on arrival.Undoubtedly,in the process of training general teachers in rural primary schools,the cultivation of teaching ability is the most important.Among them,the cultivation of "village attribute" teaching ability of general teachers in rural primary schools has important value implication,which is the demand of the times to alleviate the structural contradiction of rural primary school teachers,the main link to promote the all-round development of rural primary school students,and the key to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of rural primary schools.This research divides the "rural attribute" teaching ability of general teachers in rural primary schools into rural teaching emotional motivation,multidisciplinary teaching ability,multiple teaching ability,interdisciplinary teaching ability,rural comprehensive practical activity teaching ability,and rural teaching resource development and utilization ability These six main levels.A questionnaire survey of554 rural primary school teachers in Zhejiang,Henan,and Chongqing found that the gender,age,teaching age,educational background,professional title,subject and other factors of rural primary school teachers have a certain degree of "rural attributes" teaching ability.Correlation.At the same time found.The current rural elementary school general teachers’ “village attribute” teaching ability has the following outstanding problems: the local feelings are weak and it is difficult to stay behind for a long time;the subject teaching is partial,and there is still a gap in one specialization and multiple skills;the classroom control is weak,and the compound teaching is rushed;The interdisciplinarity is rigid,and the design of thematic units is difficult to pass through;the comprehensive practice is difficult,and the practical activities are superficial;the curriculum development is sparse,and the use of local resources is poor.The existing problems of the "village attribute" teaching ability of general teachers in rural primary schools are mainly caused by improper pre-employment training and post-employment training.Therefore,this article puts forward a strategy for the development of the "rural attributes" teaching ability of all-subject teachers in rural primary schools that integrate pre-service training and post-service training.The main strategies for pre-employment training include: establishing beliefs and cultivating emotional motivation to engage in rural teaching;trinity,highlighting the collaborative training of general teaching ability;curriculum integration,rebuilding courses covering general knowledge modules;curriculum expansion,developing courses rich in local culture characteristics;classrooms Innovation,pay attention to the training of general teaching skills in primary schools;practice infiltration,and build an integrated model of internship,practice and study.The main strategies for post-employment training include: belief reconstruction,guiding teachers to gradually adapt to the working environment;stimulating motivation and mastering what the frontline teachers want and thinking;the government builds a platform to promote the excellent culture of the area while strengthening cooperation;mechanism innovation,inward Combine excavation and outward expansion. |
