The teachers'professional development is the important attribution to improve the quality of education,not only it directly affects the quality that the students accepte the education content and their psychological development,but also is the teachers'occupation demand and their self-value pursue.On the base of compare research between the novice teacher and the expert teacher,inquired about the process factor that from the novice teacher to the expert teacher is necessary.The novice teacher and the expert teacher are both not the static break point,but is the process from one to the other.To study the professional development of teachers should be based on teachers theirselves.First we should serve teacher as a "person",and becoming teachers is a process of the individuals' generation.The process will decide the style of the generation of teachers.Understanding the process philosophy,explore a new entry point of promoting the professional development of teachers and try to provide a new concept of teacher professional development process,with the view to bring a little inspiration for the teachers on the road of professional development.
