| In recent years,China’s book retail market continues to expand,in 2019 for the first time exceeded 100 billion yuan,of which teaching materials and ancillary products account for more than 60% of the book retail market.On one hand,it is derived from the increase of market demand,on the other hand,it is because of the support of national policy.With the expansion of the market of educational assistant books,private-owned Auxiliary Book Publishing Enterprises In our country are also constantly developing and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.As a whole,there are a series of problems in the publishing industry,such as fuzzy development idea,slow transformation and upgrading,and serious homogeneity of products.In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the private-owned educational and Auxiliary Publishing Enterprises,it is urgent to find the breakthrough and development direction.This paper takes SP education science and technology group as the research object,takes the strategic management related theory as the foundation,and takes the Private Education Auxiliary Book Industry and the Enterprise’s research as the reference,the external environment and Internal Environment of SP group are analyzed.Firstly,with PEST analysis model,the macro-environment of SP group is analyzed from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,and it is concluded that there is still space for the development of the industry as a whole and new market demand is generated,the business needs to be transformed and upgraded.Secondly,it analyzes the industry environment of SP group from five dimensions of existing competitors,suppliers,buyers,potential competitors and substitutes with the five-force model,it is concluded that there are some industry factors such as fierce competition,strong bargaining power of suppliers,great threat of potential competitors and substitutes,and the bargaining power of buyers is strengthening,which indicates that SP group is facing great development pressure.Then,through the analysis of SP group’s resources and capabilities,it is determined that it has certain advantages in terms of brand,organizational management,product supply,financial status,etc.,in the innovation ability,human resources,external resources integration,development goal orientation and so on,there are disadvantages.On the basis of fully analyzing the internal and external environment of SP group,this paper evaluates the four strategic combinations of ST,SO,WO and WT with SWOT analysis tools,and then,uses the SPACE strategic analysis model to make a further quantitative analysis,finally selects the integrated development strategy,put forward three strategic measures such as focusing on the main industry to build high-quality educational and auxiliary brands,actively innovating to promote transformation and upgrading,come forward to promote the integration of the industrial chain,and formulate safeguards from human resources,finance,brand and marketing,organization and culture,technology and tools to ensure that the development strategy can be effectively implemented. |
