In the process of children’s continuous contact,cognition and learning with the society,due to a variety of reasons,the coordinated operation of the sensory integration nerve of the brain central system and the body can not be effectively combined,resulting in limb disharmony and inattention in these children’s body,which develops into sensory integration disorder,affecting children’s normal physical and mental growth and life.5-6-year-old children in school-age growth have rapid physical and brain development,which is an important stage of the development of sensory integration ability.Small basketball is a sport with many characteristics,such as skill,confrontation,teamwork,pertinence and uniqueness.It is in line with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development at the stage of children and adolescents.This paper takes the intervention of small basketball on mild Sid(sensory integration disorder)in children aged 5-6 years as the research object.12 children with mild Sid in XX campus of Basketball Teaching Department of a sports training institution in Beijing were selected as the experimental objects,and a small basketball training program was developed for 24 times in 8 weeks.The intervention research was carried out on the vestibular perception,tactile perception and proprioception of 12 children with mild Sid.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Use Microsoft Excel for data summary and SPSS 26 for treatment.After analyzing the data before and after the experiment,the results are as follows:(1)There was a very significant difference in vestibular perception(P < 0.000);Tactile P < 0.000 had very significant difference;There was a very significant difference in proprioception P < 0.000.(2)There was a very significant difference in ten meter turn back run(P < 0.000);There was a very significant difference between single leg stations(P < 0.001);There was a very significant difference in sitting forward flexion(P < 0.001);There was a very significant difference in one footed jump(P < 0.004);There was a very significant difference in standing long jump(P < 0.000).Through the result analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The five data of physical test showed very significant differences,indicating that small basketball can improve,promote and improve the behavior of children with mild Sid(sensory integration disorder),and improve their motor skills and comprehensive physical quality.(2)The three data of children’s sensory integration ability show very significant differences,indicating that small basketball has a good effect on the improvement of sensory integration ability and physical quality.(3)The systematic intervention training of small basketball can improve children’s overall physical and mental quality,motor skills and sensory integration disorder ability.Put forward relevant suggestions for the conclusion:Integrate speed ability,coordination ability,balance ability,lower limb strength,flexibility and other comprehensive training into the process of small basketball training to improve children’s sports skills and comprehensive physical quality;Combining small basketball with life scenes to improve children’s sensory integration ability;Small equipment is integrated into small basketball to improve children’s touch,balance and coordination ability;Integrate more games into small basketball to improve children’s sensory integration ability.The design of small basketball training action follows the principles of interest,effectiveness,step-by-step and pertinence,adheres to teaching students according to their aptitude and individual treatment,always pays attention to children’s physical and mental reactions,actively communicates with children and makes adjustments in time,so as to achieve the effect of improving children’s sports skills,comprehensive physical quality and sensory integration ability.
