With the continuous progress of society and the continuous development of educational technology,the teaching mode is constantly changing.Both the society and the family hope that school education can explore children’s personality and specialty,so that children can maximize their development in class,and pay more attention to the realization of personal value.In addition,innovation has become more and more the main theme of the new era.The development and construction of the new era needs new innovative talents with personality and ideas.Traditional teaching is difficult to meet the needs of paying attention to students’ individual differences.How to cultivate students’ innovative ability and cultivate innovative talents to adapt to the development of the new era is a problem that the society and educators should think about.Differentiate teaching just meet this requirement,emphasis on respect students ’personality,pay attention to individual differences,maximum meet the learning needs of different students,create can guide students to actively participate in the education environment,stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,cultivate students to master and use knowledge attitude and ability,make every student can get full.Due to the large population of China,the large class system has been implemented.In this case,how to achieve differentiation to meet the learning needs of different students is a big problem.This study focuses on how to achieve differentiation teaching class teaching,from the perspective of in-class flip research,based on in-class flip differentiation teaching research,the research problem is based on flip classroom differentiation teaching mode for the students’ academic performance and the influence of learning interest,expect to put forward some Suggestions for teaching mode reform.In order to solve the problem,first of all,the research plans to summarize some problems existing in the current differentiated teaching mode of geography in China based on the literature analysis method and the questionnaire survey method;Secondly,construct the construction of geography differentiation teaching mode based on flipped classroom,and determine the key links of teaching;Thirdly,according to the characteristics of high school geography and the differences of students,combine the flipped classroom with differentiated teaching to design and practice teaching cases;Finally,the influence of students’ academic performance is measured by the way of educational experiment control class and before and back test,and the aspect of learning interest is measured through classroom observation and questionnaire survey.The research found that: 1.Under the new teaching mode,students can carry out targeted learning according to their actual situation,focus more learning time on solving problems they do not master,save learning time,learning more efficient and improving learning efficiency.2.Under the new teaching mode,rich teaching resources and teaching activities can attract students ’attention,students’ interest in geography learning becomes more high,their enthusiasm in geography learning is greatly improved,and students are more active in class and more willing to learn.3.The new teaching mode has a positive impact on improving students ’learning efficiency,academic performance and learning interest,and helps to cultivate students’ independent learning ability,classroom management ability,and the spirit of inquiry.
