| A learning effect is an increase in knowledge,ability,and emotion that results from educational and learning activities.The starting point and end point of the current education reform are the effectiveness of learning.It is a powerful explanation of whether the reform is effective,and it is also a realistic basis for further deepening the reform.It occupies an important position in the overall school education.In recent years,the learning effect of college students has gradually become the core content of the quality evaluation of higher education,which reflects the university’s renewed focus on "learning".It can be said that the emphasis on the learning effect is the follow-up of the knowledge and behavior gained by the students in the education process and the affirmation of the value-added of the students themselves.In the related research,the inquiry based on the learning effect of undergraduates is rare.This paper selects undergraduates majoring in tourism management as the research object,and constructs a theoretical hypothesis model based on the review of relevant literature based on the theory of process evaluation and self-regulation learning.Using the Emotion Regulation Scale compiled by psychologist Gross,Time Management Tendency Scale compiled by Huang Xiting and Learning Effect Scale to analyze the relationship between emotion regulation,time management tendency and learning effect among undergraduates majoring in tourism management.relationship,testing the mediating effect of time management disposition.This paper consists of five chapters: the first part is introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of the study,the content and method of the study,the innovation,and conducts a literature review.The second part is the definition of emotion regulation,time management tendency,learning effect and the elaboration of related theories.The third part is the study design,making hypotheses about the relationship between the main variables and the mediating role of time management disposition.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the sample characteristics of the questionnaire and the test of reliability and validity to ensure that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are up to standard.The fifth chapter is the empirical research,which is mainly divided into two parts,analyzing the data and verifying the hypothesis.Data were analyzed by SPSS;structural equations were used to test whether the hypothesized mediating effect was established.Chapter 6 includes a summary of the conclusions and research outlook.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Emotion regulation of undergraduates majoring in tourism management significantly positively affects time management tendency(β=0.737,t=16.940,P<0.001).Among them,the two dimensions of emotion regulation,cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition,have significant positive correlations with the three dimensions of time management tendency.(2)The time management tendency of undergraduates majoring in tourism management has a significant positive impact on the learning effect(β=0.371,t=6.059,P<0.001).Among them,the sense of time value and the dimension of time monitoring in the time management tendency have a significant positive correlation with each dimension of the learning effect;the time efficacy dimension of the time management tendency has a significant positive correlation with the application skills of the learning effect and the teamwork dimension.relation.(3)The emotion regulation of the undergraduates majoring in tourism management has a significant positive impact on the learning effect(β=0.492,t=8.762,P<0.001).The cognitive reappraisal dimension of emotion regulation has a significant positive correlation with each dimension of learning effect;the expression inhibition dimension of emotion regulation has a significant positive correlation with learning attitude.(4)Time management tendency played a complete mediating role between emotion regulation and learning effect. |
