China has put forward higher requirements for industrial transformation and upgrading,vocational education and talent quality in the new era,the integration of industry and education plays an important role as the linkage between the industries as well as education and talents.The integration of industry and education needs to be deepened according to the national 14 th Five-Year Plan.The integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational colleges is a cross domain cooperation mode of resource sharing between colleges and enterprises under the overall planning of the government and the guidance of the industry,which is the core element of the high-quality development of Higher Vocational Education,and also provides support in talent and technology for the development of enterprises.Based on the literature records,it is found that many scholars have taken it as the research theme since 2017,which is the deep integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges.So far,the national government has conducted the integration of industry and education in pilot cities and enterprises.All provinces have also formulated related policies of the integration of industry and education according to its own development.More cooperation modes are to be continuously explored by colleges and enterprises.the integration of industry and education is wholly still at the level of low cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges in China although the integration of industry and education is supported by the state and has rich historical practical experience.There are many problems,such as loose cooperation between multiple subjects of industry and education and vague common vision,which requires further explore of its development path.The Higher Vocational Colleges are different in running history,enterprise scale,regional economic development and policy support.Similarities and differences both exist in the current situation and dilemma of industry education integration in Higher Vocational Colleges of various regions.Besides,Higher Vocational Education in Anhui are in the first matrix level of vocational education in China.The paper takes Anhui as the research object and has a deep research on it to provide an optimized path for the in-depth integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province.Based on reviewing the relevant research on the integration of industry and education,the paper makes the analysis with literature analysis method and interdisciplinary research method and makes a detailed analysis on the integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the three elements of symbiosis theory with the perspective of symbiosis theory.The symbiotic environment provides development conditions for industry education integration.Society,economy,law,culture and technology are the external symbiotic environment of industry education integration;the internal symbiotic environment of the integration of industry and education is made up of the symbiotic concept,participation power and organizational structure.The internal environment has duality and it has the functions of promotion or inhibition.In terms of the composition of the symbiotic system of industry education integration,the government,industry organizations,enterprises and schools are regarded as symbiotic units,and the compatibility of quality parameters of schools and enterprises as important symbiotic subjects is emphatically analyzed.According to the cross analysis of symbiotic organization mode and behavior mode,the symbiotic mode of production education integration in Higher Vocational Colleges is divided into four categories.Secondly,using the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the typical cases of school enterprise industry education integration in Anhui Province,and takes 8 Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey.By analyzing the successful experience and practical difficulties of the cases,and processing the questionnaire data.Finally,through induction and summary,this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province.The research results show that there are differences in the symbiotic mode of industry education integration in Higher Vocational Colleges of different sizes in Anhui Province.Generally speaking,there are some problems in the current industry education integration of Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province,such as low symbiotic level,low quality of talent training and no long-term symbiotic relationship.The specific manifestations are:low level of cooperation,poor cooperation effect,poor quality of cooperative teaching,low student practice satisfaction Deviation of cooperation objectives and low efficiency of enterprise participation.The factors affecting the symbiotic relationship between schools and enterprises can be divided into three dimensions: schools,enterprises and students.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the difficulties and influencing factors,this paper constructs a path to deepen the integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province from four dimensions,which can be divided into:building a communication platform for the integration of industry and education in Anhui Province,improving the supply capacity of Higher Vocational Colleges,improving the participation efficiency of enterprises,and jointly promoting the quality of talent training.Figure [16] table [4] reference [55]...
