Research On The Development Path Of Social Work Station From The Perspective Of Community Governance In H City

In order to meet the increasingly diversified and personalized needs of residents in community governance,social work stations,as new things,have been promoted and constructed nationwide.And it plays an important role in grass-roots.Every city’s exploration paths are very different,because of the different development of social work and the actual situation of social governance capacity.H city have been built social work station for over one year,showing its own characteristics,but also gradually exposing its various problems.Based on the theory of community governance,this paper discusses the significance of the development of social work stations to community governance,and then constructs the development path of social work stations.This paper holds that there is an internal relationship between social work stations and community governance,and the development of social work stations has a positive role in promoting community governance.The development of social work stations needs to explore the road of integration,specialization and collaboration governance around the needs of community governance as well as build the development path of social work stations both internally and externally.This paper takes the social work stations of H city as the research objects.On the one hand,the author participated in the operation process personally.On the other hand,the author interviewed with the operating subjects of the social work station,public servants,inhabitants,social organizations and social work community studio,through online or face to face by the Snowball sampling.Therefore,the author has the more comprehensive study on the overall situation of H city’s social work stations.This paper clarifies the comprehensive roles of social work stations as a grass-roots service platform in community governance,the roles of social work stations in direct professional services and indirect coordinated services as well as the strategies that social work stations cooperating with the original grass-roots subjects and relying on community resources to carry out services.In general,the process of development of social work stations has many deficiencies in policy,function,service,personnel,and supervision.The unclear positioning,poor implementation and unsatisfactory service of relevant subjects who need to construct the social work stations have become the biggest problems at present.Facing the current problems and the needs of the development,all operating entities and the working personnel who working in grass-roots,enterprises and community social organizations need to explore the internal cooperation mode and external governance mode in line with the local situation to ensure the orderly development of the social work station.To achieve the aforementioned objectives,some measures should been taken,such as improving policies,reconstructing the subject relationships,refining the internal divisions of labor within the station,carrying out in-depth services,optimizing the personnel structure and improving the supervision system.
