| The proposal of sports development strategy related to accelerating the construction of healthy China and sports power not only provides a new idea for the reform and development of table tennis education in China,but also points out the direction of innovative teaching methods.Innovation of table tennis classroom teaching method is an important way to optimize classroom teaching content,improve students’ professional sports skills and enhance teachers’ teaching professional level.In addition,with the increasing demand for sports,students are no longer required to acquire simple theoretical knowledge in physical education classes.On the contrary,students attach more importance to the mastery of sports skills,which echoes the development characteristics of PBL teaching method.The main characteristics of PBL teaching method are problem-oriented and student-centered.Through mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and initiative to achieve the rapid improvement of sports skills.Taking PBL teaching method as the focus,this study uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods to introduce PBL teaching method into the table tennis teaching class of sophomores in Xi ’an University of Science and Technology,in an attempt to explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in college table tennis teaching class.In order to promote the innovation and development of teaching methods to provide reference.After 3 months of teaching experiments,the conclusions are as follows:The proposal of sports development strategy related to accelerating the construction of healthy China and sports power not only provides a new idea for the reform and development of table tennis education in China,but also points out the direction of innovative teaching methods.Innovation of table tennis classroom teaching method is an important way to optimize classroom teaching content,improve students’ professional sports skills and enhance teachers’ teaching professional level.In addition,with the increasing demand for sports,students are no longer required to acquire simple theoretical knowledge in physical education classes.On the contrary,students attach more importance to the mastery of sports skills,which echoes the development characteristics of PBL teaching method.The main characteristics of PBL teaching method are problem-oriented and student-centered.Through mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and initiative to achieve the rapid improvement of sports skills.Taking PBL teaching method as the focus,this study uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods to introduce PBL teaching method into the table tennis teaching class of sophomores in Xi ’an University of Science and Technology,in an attempt to explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in college table tennis teaching class.In order to promote the innovation and development of teaching methods to provide reference.After 3 months of teaching experiments,the conclusions are as follows:After the experiment,students in the four special performance indicators,such as serving and receiving,forehand attack,backhand push and block,left push and right attack,the experimental group had better performance in reaching the standard and technical evaluation,and there was a significant difference with the control group(P <0.05);It shows that PBL teaching method in experimental group plays a more positive role in improving students’ table tennis performance.After the experiment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in four special physical fitness indexes of table tennis,such as 1-minute rope skipping,50-meter running,1-minute sit-up and 30-second 4-meter slide,which further showed that PBL teaching method had little influence on students’ special physical fitness.After the experiment to the students’ interest in learning,learning attitude,learning motivation,evaluation of the experimental group students learning enthusiasm is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),and the differences from big to small,respectively learning attitude,learning interest,learning motivation,so under the PBL teaching method,students’ learning motivation can be improved obviously.After the experiment,the students’ teamwork consciousness,problem-solving ability and self-confidence were compared and analyzed in order to clarify the comprehensive ability level of the students after the experiment.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the comprehensive ability of the two groups of students(P < 0.05),which further indicated that PBL teaching method was more conducive to stimulate the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability. |
