In today's increasingly fierce social competition,the cultivation of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic all-round development of high-quality talents has become a major problem facing the majority of educators.The 19th national congress of the communist party of China clearly proposed that the basic education stage should follow the party's will and develop education on the basis of improving the physical quality of the people.Physical education is an important part of school education,which is a basic education for all students.Under the guidance of physical education and health curriculum standards,and in compliance with the educational principle of "health first",this paper takes the students of a small ping pong class in chang 'an district of xi'an as the experimental subjects to carry out group cooperative learning.Through group cooperative learning and teaching,it is expected to provide references for further enriching the teaching methods of interest classes for primary school students,improve the quality of classroom teaching and strengthen teaching innovation for the majority of educators in the future teaching,and lay a theoretical foundation for comprehensively improving students'physical and mental health.Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,experiment and comparative analysis,this paper divided 32 Compulsory education level iistudents from a small ping pong interest class in chang'an district of xi'an into an experimental group and a control group,and conducted a teaching experiment for 2 hours per week for 16 weeks.During the experiment,the control group of students to use the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group students by using the method of cooperative learning group,respectively,from the physical quality and feel,skills,standards,table tennis learning interest,sports study manner of two groups of students the four aspects has carried on the corresponding test,follow the scientific,the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative to analysis of the result of the experiment is as follows:(1)there is no obvious difference between cooperative learning method and traditional teaching method in the influence of special physical quality of primary school students,but the influence of cooperative learning method on the sense of table tennis of primary school students is obvious,and cooperative learning method is obviously better than traditional teaching method.(2)both cooperative learning method and traditional teaching method can effectively improve pupils'table tennis skills,but cooperative learning method is obviously better than traditional teaching method in improving pupils'table tennis skills.(3)cooperative learning method has a better effect than traditional teaching method on the learning interest of primary school students in table tennis,which is reflected in increasing their active interest in learning and sports participation while reducing their negative interest.(4)both cooperative learning method and traditional teaching method can improve students' sports learning attitude,but cooperative learning method improves students'learning attitude more than traditional teaching method.The following Suggestions are put forward:(1)in cooperative learning,the formation and management of cooperative learning groups should be fully considered and arranged according to specific teaching objectives and contents.(2)group cooperative learning is the most important part reflecting the advantages of cooperative learning method,and also the main link of cooperative learning method.Teachers should make corresponding teaching design according to teaching objectives and teaching contents,and grasp the classroom teaching procedures.(3)the display of group learning results can not only test the effect of cooperative learning of law,but also improve learning enthusiasm and cultivate team consciousness.Teachers should organize this link well in each class.(4)cooperative learning teaching evaluation is to ensure that the teaching effect of the main means of teachers in evaluation in addition to evaluate students'mastering movement technology,more and more attention to students'learning attitude and class participation,team cooperation ability,improve the ability of students find and solve problems,to promote students comprehensive development.
