Research On The Social Support Path Of Infant Care Services Based On Family Needs

According to the official data of the seventh National census released by the National Bureau of Statistics,the number of newborns in China has dropped sharply,and the population will only increase by 480,000 in 2021.The national fertility rate has hit a new low since 72 years ago,and problems such as "difficulty" and "high cost" have become important factors affecting the delay of childbearing or even infertility in families of appropriate age.The phenomenon of "expensive childcare" is mainly reflected in the relatively high cost of childcare leading to the increase of the cost of childcare,aggravating the economic burden of the family;And "kindergarten" hard,main performance in the current 0 to 3 years old infants and young children families provide childcare services in the process of some problems such as insufficient supply,to seek,existing nursery institution mainly market,supply is relatively single,the nursery institution is not high and the number of optional far cannot satisfy the current 0 to 3 years old infants and young children families nursery needs.Based on the theory of new public service theory,social system and social support theory,this study takes families of infants aged 0-3 as the investigation objects.Mainly based on the demand,conservation needs care and early education demand,nursery guidance demand,demand and quality requirements of teachers and social support and so on six dimensions set out to investigate 0 to 3 years old infants and young children families demand for nursery service,at the same time,on the basis of infants and young children families nursery service demand is put forward in view of the babies and infants family social support strategy of childcare services.According to the survey on the demand for infant care services,families of infants and young children have a higher overall demand for childcare services.In terms of the demand for childcare,families of infants and young children have the highest demand for inclusive kindergartens dominated by kindergartens.In terms of nursing care,attention was paid to the layout and functional classification of nursing environment,dietary nutrition,etc.In early education,the demand for comprehensive early education courses,music and thinking courses is high.In terms of teachers and quality requirements,positive interaction and effective support between teachers and infants are paid more attention.In terms of family care guidance,emotional guidance,observation record and family education demand of infants are high.In terms of social support for childcare services,there is a high demand for medical support such as free screening and vaccination for infants.Therefore,based on the needs of infant family care guidance services,support strategies and suggestions are proposed from the following aspects: Firstly,we should develop a diversified supply system of childcare services guided by public welfare and universal benefits.Secondly,we should provide appropriate and flexible content of childcare services based on the needs of family childcare services.In addition,we should establish an information sharing platform for childcare services and create an online community for the exchange and interaction of parenting experience.Finally,the government should establish and improve the support and guarantee mechanism of infant care services,increase financial investment and policy support for non-profit care institutions,and give play to the family guidance function of community model care institutions to meet the current needs of the people for care services.
