China’s teaching has been in the state of reform.In recent years,we have been constantly exploring the new face of teaching,and a large number of policy documents and social requirements have poured into Teachers’ personal life.As the receiver of teaching reform,the implementer of teaching reform and the evaluator of the effect of teaching reform,teachers should also obtain personal development from it,so as to make teaching a place for teachers to create spiritual life,become a career to realize their lifelong development.Teaching reform has development value for teachers.Teaching should have a new look.The key to the “change” of teaching reform lies in the “change” of teachers.The value judgment of this "change" is inseparable from teaching evaluation.The process of teaching reform is the process of teachers’ creative practice with their own development.The transformation of teaching in teaching methods,teaching contents and teaching modes is achieved by teachers.Therefore,teachers need to carry out creative teaching practice,and teachers need comprehensive and complete development.However,at present,teaching evaluation shows the constraints on Teachers’ development,facing the problems of teachers’ marginalization of life,lack of independent development ability and subjectivity,and lack of internal evaluation needs in teaching evaluation.“School-reformation evaluation” provides a perspective of teaching evaluation rooted in teachers’ teaching practice.Focus on the daily teaching practice of teaching reform,teacher development and teaching evaluation intersection.And explore the relationship between teaching reform and teacher development,that means,this study will discuss how to realize the above relationship under the “School-reformation evaluation”.Based on the value orientation of “making achievements and self-actualization”of “School-reformation evaluation”,it shows the innovation of teaching evaluation in the teacher function.Teaching reform is to turn it into all kinds of things that teachers do every day,explore the reasons behind it,and study them.The continuous promotion of these things is the “thing” of teaching reform.Teachers act in the process of doing things,to realize the research ability of teachers’ self-renewal,change the internal reference system of individuals,produce intrinsic value demands and evaluation needs.In the process of mutual realization of “making achievements and self-actualization”,the development of teachers presents the stage characteristics of integration in theory,research and practice.And each stage has the interaction of different factors,which reflects the mechanism of teacher development.The way of the interaction of various elements is to solve the conflict among teachers,peers and experts in the “deliberation lesson-evaluating”,promote the continuous reform of teaching in the form of joint learning and joint research.Teachers obtain the achievements and self-actualization in intersubjective relationship,form the ability of self-development,and obtain life self-consciousness.
