| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of material living standards,the people’s demand for sports consumption is growing rapidly as well.The economic growth brought by sports is taking up an increasing proportion of gross national product,so the development of sports industry has become a major national development strategy.Sports training,sports event operation,and other related industries which as an important part of the sports industry,have ushered in significant development opportunities.However,such companies mostly have the problems of small scale,unclear business objectives,and unregulated management.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish and improve the management mechanism.D sports brokerage Co.,Ltd.was established in 2015 that mainly engaged in youth basketball training,tournament hosting,out-of-province access service,and venue rental.With its own excellent product quality and sincere customer management,it has a group of stable customer resources.However,the competition in the youth basketball training market is fierce,along with the lack of influential local events and the limitations of the local market.The company lacks a clear strategic plan for its operations,and problems in operations management were limited the company’s development,so the company faces relatively large bottlenecks and threats.This paper takes D sports brokerage Co.,Ltd.as the research case.The external environment of the company and the competitive environment of the industry were analyzed using tools such as PEST and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to study the state of its external environment.Through field investigation,interviews and questionnaires to understood the current status of the company’s operation and dug out the problems in the development of the company’s operation.Then use SWOT analysis,the company’s advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are discussed in depth,and SPT theory was to select appropriate market positioning for the company.Finally,we synthesized the findings of the study and formulated the corresponding operation strategies for the company in four aspects: product selection,service selection,cost management,and personnel management.Meanwhile,safeguards for strategy implementation are proposed to guide its problem solving with a view to making the company achieve better development.We also hope that this study will this study will serve as a reference for similar companies. |
