In the modern enterprise management process,the scientific and reasonable management and control of the research and development process plays a vital role in the entire life cycle of the project,and has an important impact on the innovation of product technology,the improvement of quality and progress.Years of in-depth research and extensive application of project management have proved the important value of project management systems,tools and methods to corporate management.Moreover,rolling stock companies worldwide are driven by project management applications.With the competitive environment in the industry.The constant changes in the types of R&D projects,the complexity of the projects,and the changing needs of customers,the corresponding management systems and models are also being updated.In the thesis,I first draw lessons from and analyze domestic and foreign project management theories and practical application ideas,methods,and research results,and introduce the nature of the company and the departmental structure of the product research and development center,and use the project management theory according to the situation of the company.With the management experience of EMU R&D project,analyze the project management system and method used in the company's Fuxing EMU R&D project.In-depth analysis of the current status of the company's EMU product project in the R&D management process,and put forward research ideas and methods for some typical problems encountered by the company in the project management process.The goal of project management is mainly at the fixed time node and limited In the case of resources,control the quality of the project's research and development process to achieve the goal of maximizing benefits.This article mainly studies the application of earned value method and FMEA(potential effectiveness mode and consequence analysis)in company R&D projects,through detailed analysis of various factors affecting schedule and quality,and achieves the final schedule through management optimization and resource allocation And the purpose of quality control.Through the formulation of a series of safeguard measures,the process and management system of R&D projects are optimized,the appropriate project management tools are used,the project decision-making mechanism is optimized,the project professional team is built,and the incentive mechanism is improved.The results of this research are of great significance to the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises,and have certain reference significance to small and medium-sized enterprises with the same R&D and manufacturing.
