In order to solve the prominent problem of excessive recoil in the research and development of a high-muzzle-velocity grenade launcher,a combined recoil reduction solution is designed with the recoil reduction technologies of advancing ignition and muzzle brake,barrel short recoil automatic principle and gas-operated automatic principle.In addition,a rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of the weapon system with the combined recoil reduction solution is constructed based on ADAMS,and the influence of the main structural parameters on the launch performance of the weapon system is analyzed.The analysis of the calculation results shows that the automatic grenade launcher using this combined recoil reduction solution can launch a high-muzzle-velocity grenade on the basis of low recoil and good firing accuracy.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A combined recoil reduction solution of high-muzzle-velocity automatic grenade launcher is designed,which combines the recoil reduction technologies of advancing ignition and muzzle brake,barrel short recoil automatic principle and gas-operated automatic principle.And a three-dimensional model of the weapon system using this combined recoil reduction solution is constructed.(2)A rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of weapon system with the combined recoil reduction solution is constructed.Considering the various factors including the loss of thermal energy and the combined recoil reduction,the pressure in the bore and the pressure in the plenum are calculated to obtain the corresponding change curve.Considering the comprehensive influence of the flexible deformation in the barrel and tripod during the launching of high velocity grenade and the various boundary conditions,a rigid-flexible coupled launching dynamic model of a combined recoil reduction and high-muzzle-velocity automatic grenade launcher is constructed.The effects of the combined recoil reduction solution on the barrel vibration are studied,as well as the firing performance of the single and10 rounds of the weapon system,and the firing dispersion of the weapon system is analyzed based on the 10 rounds firing results.It is found that the weapon system does not generate resonance,and the firing process has stabilized since the sixth round.The calculation results show that the weapon system meets high-performance launch targets.(3)A more detailed study on the recoil reduction technology of the weapon system is carried out.The influence of structural parameters on the launch performance of the weapon system with the combined recoil reduction solution is considered and the reasonable debugging range of the parameters in the combined recoil reduction solution is determined.The effect of the muzzle brake on the efficiency of recoil absorbing and the matching performance between the muzzle brake and the structure parameters of the advancing ignition are analyzed.The combined recoil reduction solution has been optimized to obtain a weapon system with better launch performance.A theoretical basis for solving the problems of excessive recoil and poor firing accuracy when firing high-muzzle-velocity grenades and realizing the optimization of the weapon system's launch performance is provided.
