Based on investigating development situation and research direction of the automatic grenade launcher and buffer at home and abroad,and taking existing automatic grenade launcher as the object,four different hydraulic buffers are designed to minimize the tripod and striker on the recoil,including unloading spring buffer,preloading spring buffer,bore liquid flow and variable flow liquid gas buffer.On the basis of classical interior ballistics and weapons related theory of gas dynamics,the internal ballistic and aftereffect of powder gas pressure mathematical model was set up to calculate the interior ballistic P-t?v-t?p-l curves of the curve,aftereffect period and insole force curve.The gun body dynamics simulation models with several different buffer was established by applying the simulink.The gun body movement rule and the characteristic parameters are got by simulating.On the basis of comparison and analysis of different schemes,the optimal buffer scheme is obtained.The structure of buffer parts are designed,and converter liquid gas hole hydraulic buffer three-dimensional entity model is constructed,according to the optimal buffer scheme.The work of this paper can provide reference for the research on low recoil of the automatic grenade launcher. |
