In face of the better protection for the effective strength in battlefield and with the continuous emerging of high value military targets,infantry unit needs an effective weapon urgently to destroy the above targets.Compared with the existing infantry weapons,the needed weapon system should be with greater power,longer range and higher precision.In this paper,a 35mm sniper grenade weapon system including a special 35mm sniping grenade was designed by investigating the large power,far range and high precision weapon systems at home and abroad.First,the overall scheme of the weapon system was drafted according to various indicators,the special 35mm sniper grenade and the launcher were designed according to the needs of increasing the range,improving the shooting accuracy and reducing recoil.The relevant parameters of the ammunition were determined by the internal and external ballistic calculation and analysis,and the overall structure of the ammunition was designed.The 3D model of the 35mm special sniping grenade was established in SolidWorks.The outflow field around the projectile was analyzed by Fluent,whereby the best bullet contour curve was obtained finally.In order to ensure the shooting accuracy and reduce the recoil,the automatic method of short recoil of gun barrel,the various recoil reduction measures,and the rational planned internal layout of launcher were employed,then the design of a sniper grenade launcher was completed.Using the dynamic software ADAMS,taking the bolt carrier recoil velocity and recoil as analysis object,each of the four recoil reduction devices was analyzed,and getted the recoil rule of the related parameters changing of the four kinds of recoil reduction measures.Subsequently,the dynamic simulation analysis of the launcher's unlocking and locking movement,feeding and ejection movement,and the balancing mechanism movement was conducted in the ADAMS software,and the work reliability of each mechanism was verified.On the basis of the finite element theory,the calculation model of the barrel and locking mechanism was established in ANSYS,then the strength of the barrel and the locking mechanism under the bore pressure was checked.The strength of the barrel under the condition of maximum pressure and the strength of the locking mechanism under the transient impact load by breech bottom pressure were checked,whereby the reliability of the designed barrel and locking mechanism was demonstrated.This paper provides a theoretical basis for further research of sniper grenade weapon system.The research results provide a reference for future research work and have strong reference value.
