Regulatory Detailed Planning System Of Open Architecture Development Research

This article is an empirical research of regulatory detailed planning system. The structure of this article is as follows:firstly, to give a summary of international and internal research of regulatory detailed planning; secondly, to analyze the problem in current regulatory detailed planning system; thirdly, build on past achievement of regulatory detailed planning, to introduce new trends currently, and put forward a new way on expanding of regulatory detailed planning system-one regulatory detailed planning and several guideline-an open framework in regulatory detailed planning system; finally, to make research on the framework in the system through a practice in Tianjin. The content includes parts below:In chapter1, to give a summary of international and internal research of regulatory detailed planning, and points out the purpose、method and framework of this research.In chapter2, to analyze the problem in current regulatory detailed planning system, and to introduce trend of development of regulatory detailed planning in national urban planning system.Chapter3is case analysis, to summarize practice and exploration of internal metropolis regulatory detailed planning, and draw inspiration for the research.Chapter4and5is practice research, to put forward new ways-characteristic、scientificalness、legalities and open--on expanding of regulatory detailed planning system through research practice in Tianjin. Includes: regulatory detailed planning、land subdivision guideline、urban design guideline、history and culture streets protection guideline、eco-city guideline and underground space guideline.Chapter6is article summary.
