Interpretation Of The Current Status Of The Industry By Domestic Art Therapy Practitioners

In this paper,the use of sociological research methods,domestic art therapy practitioners on the research object,trying to borrow their eyes,more clearly see the development of China's art therapy industry.The specific process includes questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Through the statistical description of the questionnaire results and the constructivist writing of the interview results,it presents a real and rich picture of the industry from the perspective of art therapy practitioners in China.The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1.Art therapy practitioners serve adults and special groups as mental health workers,or in schools,hospitals,enterprises and other organizational units,or in the form of independent studios.The working process can abide by the professional ethics,the standard is complete,and the use of art therapy technology has certain flexibility;2.The professional quality of practitioners needs to be improved,including strengthening the systematic study of professional knowledge and clinical practice;3.Practitioners' overall evaluation of their own environment,learning and development environment and social environment is not high;4.In the view of practitioners,the establishment of official certification and training of professionals are the most necessary choice to solve the current situation in art therapy industry.The innovation of this study is to obtain the most fresh first-hand information from practitioners and let them speak on their own situation and problems,rather than to summarize what problems exist by a certain scholar.Through the interpretation of the current situation of art therapy industry in China,this paper not only provides reference for those who are interested in art therapy,but also helps practitioners to reflect on themselves,and provides important reference for policy makers and those who are interested in the industry.
