Doing a good job with young cadres is an important foundation and key link to ensure the long-term governance of the communist party of China.How to select and train young cadres and how to achieve healthy growth has always been the focus of the party and the country.As a special part of the cadre team,the growth of young cadres is related to the construction and development of the whole cadre team.The purpose of studying the growth path of young cadres is to find out the development path suitable for the healthy growth of young cadres under the unified leadership of the party,so as to realize that excellent young cadres can truly grow into reliable successors needed by the country and ensure that the cause of the party can be passed on from generation to generation.The first part of this paper summarizes and analyzes the background,significance,domestic and foreign research review,research difficulties and innovation points of this paper,and then analyzes and explains the basic concepts of the growth path of young cadres in the new era,defines the scope of young cadres,and puts forward their age ranges according to the different requirements of different ranks.The second part of this paper puts forward the current great significance of doing a good job in the work of young cadres,emphasizing the strategic requirements of the party and the country's successors,the realistic requirements of realizing the modernization of national governance,and the urgent requirements of selecting and strengthening the leading bodies.The third part of this paper studies the growth path of young cadres from the perspective of history and discusses the specific measures of training young cadres in different historical periods.This paper analyzes three stages: Since the founding of new China,the leading comrades of the CPC central committee began to pay attention to the cultivation of young cadres of the exploratory stage;Since the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the communist party of China held in 1978,the training of young cadres by the CPC central committee has been on the right track,gradually forming a relatively complete selection and training system of the system construction stage;Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made it clear that doing well in the work of young cadres and training successors is the key optimization stage of sustainable development for the Chinese Dream.The fourth part of this paper aiming at the problems in the growth path of young cadres,respectively from the perspectives of young cadres themselves,organizational department training and environmental impact,then analyzes and studies the problems that hinder the healthy growth of young cadres,such as insufficient efforts,inadequate organizational training and environmental degradation.The fifth part of this paper is to analyze the causes of the problems existing in the growth path of young cadres,to find the deep causes from the surface of the problems,and to analyze the reasons for the lack of personal ability and quality,the lack of organizational policies,and the adverse factors in the environment during the growth process of young cadres.The sixth part of this paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the growth path of young cadres,which is closely connected with the previous two parts.It analyzes and studies the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the healthy growth of young cadres under the influence of the active cultivation of organizational departments and excellent environment.
