Performance appraisal is a kind of measure to stimulate the employees to work actively and be willing to work.The people's court is an important organ related to the vital interests of the people.As the main judicial organ in our country,whether it can effectively protect the interests of the people,let the criminals ambush the law,let the debtor repay the debt,let the parties have inner peace is inseparable from the work of the court officers.But let the court officers concentrate on their work,be willing to dedicate,condense into the overall efficient operation of the court,do a good job in the performance appraisal of the court officers,let the outstanding court officers get rewards,let the backward court officers get warnings,improve the performance appraisal system is the basis,strict implementation is the content,do a good job in the implementation of the performance appraisal system,improve the enthusiasm of the court officers,let the court officers keep full of spirit,and work seriously is the essence.The key is to study the performance appraisal system in operation,strive to improve the performance appraisal system,do a good job in the feedback and application of performance appraisal results,and let the court officers solve problems efficiently,handle cases with integrity and self-discipline,and improve the ability to handle cases.At present,there are many problems in the work of the court,such as more cases and fewer people,low enthusiasm of the court officers,opaque and unscientific evaluation system,which affect the overall work of the court officersand the interests of the people.Nowadays,all courts in the country are busy with judicial reform.They attach importance to the understanding of superior court officers and the research of key reform projects such as judge post system,and despise the analysis of supporting performance appraisal system in judicial reform of courts.The author of this paper pays attention to the situation of courts and studies the reform of performance appraisal system of ZF people's court based on his own learning and experience and taking the opportunity of making papers Trial operation.Through observation,in-depth interview and literature research,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the people's Court of ZF City,which is manifested in the absence of special performance appraisal institutions,the neglect of departmental appraisal standards in the performance appraisal system,the failure to translate the overall contributions of the court or the team into the results of individual appraisal,and the failure of the performance appraisal system to consider the case parties Some indicators of human satisfaction and performance appraisal are not scientific.Combined with the advanced experience in the construction of court performance evaluation system in China,This paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the performance appraisal system of the people's Court of ZF city.In the performance appraisal of the court,efforts are made to improve the performance appraisal system,refine the contents of the appraisal,respect the characteristics and laws of the judicial profession,and ensure the true judicial independence.With the purpose of building an effective performance appraisal system of the court,the performance appraisal system is improved and the performance appraisal is refined We must pass the performance appraisal,encourage the court officers to complete their work tasks,improve their sense of self-identity,and cultivate their sense of professional honor.Through the research on the trial operation of the performance appraisal of the people's Court of ZF City,on the basis of the police officers of the court,this paper focuses on reducing the impact of external factors on the performance appraisal,improving the work efficiency of the police officers of the court,providing reference data for the relevant system reform,making the judicial reform more perfect,so that the court can better serve the people.
