The effective development of government work needs to rely on the daily work of civil servants,and the emergence and development of civil servants' job burnout directly affects the efficiency and quality of government work and the public's satisfaction with government work.In recent years,China continues to increase the promotion of social,economic and other fields of reform,the complexity of various affairs and the difficulty of handling also increases,which also increases the work pressure of civil servants,especially the grass-roots civil servants to a certain extent,makes the grass-roots civil servants' job burnout tend to increase,and brings great difficulties and risks to the civil servants' work ability and career prospects Insurance.Based on this,this research plan will be discussed from the following aspects: the main content and framework of this research are as follows: the first chapter defines the authoritative concepts of "civil servants","job burnout" and "job burnout of township civil servants",and explains them through the two factor theory and social competency theory in public management.The second chapter is based on the research object of civil servants in C town.Through the questionnaire,and around the "job burnout theory",it analyzes the job burnout performance of civil servants in C Town,and analyzes the common job burnout performance of civil servants in C town.The main performance of job burnout in C town is low work enthusiasm,weak business execution,indifferent interpersonal communication and low personal achievement The third chapter summarizes the important causes of C Town civil servants' job burnout,including low salary,hard working environment,low social evaluation of township civil servants,increasing work burden and pressure,lack of personal cognition and self-regulation ability,etc.;the fourth chapter discusses the main governance ways of C Town civil servants' Job Burnout,including improving the management system It is necessary to improve the working environment of township civil servants,improve their social status,reasonably allocate their work tasks,and strengthen their personal cognition and self-regulation ability.
