"A good" reforms in Shandong province,deepen the reform of "pipes" in Shandong province is an important practice,namely "once transferred,the masses satisfied",carry out the development thought of people centered,with that run "should be" for the principle,"said do we can do" as the commitment,"serial" as the goal,"we can do better" for the idea,from the perspective of "to do" reversed transmission departments at all levels to update concepts,change,improve efficiency,the construction of people's satisfaction of a service-oriented government.Shandong Province put forward the reform of "getting it right at one time" in June 2018.It has been carried out for two and a half years.The reform has shown initial results,especially in 2020,in order to deal with the impact of the epidemic,the government service platform supported by "Internet +",big data and other information technology means has been greatly improved.However,in the following process of in-depth promotion,there are still some weak links in concept,technical means and system,and there is still a certain gap between meeting the needs and expectations of the masses.The thesis takes R City in Shandong Province as a case study,and explores the results of the current "a good" reform through literature review,field investigations,discussion and exchanges,etc.,combined with service-oriented government theory and process reengineering theory to discuss,detailed analysis and in-depth analysis The generation of problems at different levels and their causes,and relevant opinions and suggestions on the promotion of "one-time" reform are put forward in a targeted manner.Thesis is divided into four parts,the first part mainly introduces the related concepts involved in the process of research and related theory,respectively for " Put management service in place" reform,"Run well at one time" reform explained,and the paper USES the theory of service oriented government,process reengineering theory and the theory of digital government specific interpretation.The second part mainly introduces the background and content of Shandong Province's " Run well at one time" reform,the main situation of City R,the innovative measures and results achieved in the reform process of City R,and the theory of service-oriented government and process reengineering theory throughout the process of the article.The third part is mainly based on service-oriented government theory,emphatically analyzed R city in promoting " Run well at one time" reform the problems existing in the reform process,mainly include: reduce the decentralization is not complete,management,service level is not high,the informatization level is not high,evaluation and regulation reform effect is not perfect,etc.,and makes a deep analysis of the causes of the problem.The fourth part is the last part of the paper,aiming at the problems above,put forward the deepening the reform of the "right" direction and countermeasures,mainly from the sets up the service concept,to simplify the process,improve the management level,the normalized dynamic regulation,promote the "Internet +",the construction of digital government,establish and improve the relevant systems and mechanisms and so on four aspects,promote the reform of " Run well at one time" reform a long-term development.
