As the backbone of the government's public sector,civil servants are the group who exercise public power for the government and provide public services for citizens.With the continuous development of China's society and economy,the functions of the government are constantly updated.Citizens also put forward more requirements for the public services provided by the government.In addition to the working environment,social environment,economic environment and post nature,young civil servants in today's era are facing multiple occupational pressures from all sides.These pressures will have a direct impact on the quality of government public services.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to explore how to effectively alleviate the occupational pressure of young civil servants,effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of young civil servants and reduce the turnover rate of young civil servants.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper,by means of interview and questionnaire survey,takes Rizhao City of Shandong Province as an example,understands the current situation of occupational stress of young civil servants in Rizhao City,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the social and economic development environment of Rizhao City.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign research,this paper summarizes the concepts and theories related to stress;secondly,it designs a questionnaire,randomly selects young civil servants in Rizhao City,and carries out corresponding interviews to conduct a general analysis and difference analysis on the occupational stress of young civil servants in Rizhao City;then,it analyzes the occupational stress of young civil servants from the external pressure source,internal pressure source and public pressure source This paper analyzes the causes of the pressure of young civil servants in Rizhao from three aspects of the investigation of the pressure sources of the individual factors of civil servants;finally,it puts forward the Countermeasures of the occupational pressure management of young civil servants in Rizhao from four aspects,including the establishment of the dynamic pressure management system of young civil servants,the construction of the psychological counseling mechanism of young civil servants,the exploration of the diversified training path of civil servants and the improvement of the incentive mechanism of young civil servants Security mechanism.
