Research On The Modernization Of Urban Governance Capacity In Shijiazhuang

Based on the analysis of the governance theory and the situation of Shijiazhuang,this paper points out the practical achievements of Shijiazhuang's urban governance modernization based on the analysis of the background of Shijiazhuang's urban governance capacity modernization:strengthening the political governance capacity,building the guarantee of urban governance modernization;Strengthen the ability of economic governance,grasp the key of urban governance modernization;Strengthen the capacity of social governance,and lay a solid foundation for the modernization of urban governance;To enhance the cultural governance ability and construct the core of urban governance modernization;We will improve our capacity for ecological governance and stick to the red line of modernizing urban governance.Secondly,the paper analyzes the obstacles to the modernization of urban governance ability in Shijiazhuang,including the obstacles to the modernization of governance idea,governance subject,governance resources and governance technology.Finally,the author puts forward some ideas to solve the obstacles to the modernization of urban governance capacity in Shijiazhuang: establish modern governance concept and realize the modernization of urban governance concept;Cultivate governance subject actively and promote the diversification of urban governance subject;To fully guarantee the governance resources and boost the adequacy of urban governance resources;Developing modern governance technology and promoting the intellectualization of urban governance technology.
