Study On The Cooperative Relationship Of Multiple Subjects In Urban Community

With the disintegration of the "unit system" and the marketization of housing,the exploration of the development of urban communities in China has continued for several decades and is still in progress.In recent years,the call for limited government and the growth of civil society have re-positioned the distribution of government-market-social forces in community development,accompanied by the intervention of multiple subjects.The former administrative management has been changed to the governance of multiple subjects.This is definitely the future of community development.The chaotic state caused by the complex composition of subjects can be oriented to an orderly state through the coordination theory.Based on this,many researches on the governance model and governance mechanism at the micro level are made,the trivial experience applicable to a specific environment coming out,hence the solutions to the community governance problems.Obviously,these complicated solutions are not in high quality,but there should be better ones,which are more inclusive and universal.This article summarizes the decisive factors behind the governance model and the governance mechanism through the literature summary,namely,the relationship between the multiple governance subjects.Usually governance model is defined by the composition of the subject and the relative strength,while the internal and external interactions of the subject are the essence of the governance mechanism.The analysis of the main relationships between multiple subjects are mainly from the perspective of static and dynamic states.The static state is from the system level,specifically the composition of the multi subjects,the subjects' right and responsibility,and their main action logic.The dynamic one is from the action level,specifically the internal interaction of the independent subject and the external interactions among multi subjects.Analyzing the cases of international classic community governance from these two levels mentioned above,the connection between the system level and the action level is clear.That is,after making a discretion under certain events in the specific country,the contents of the formal decides that of the latter.In addition,the key factors from the two levels,which determine the result of community collaborative governance,are figured out.With the successful application of these key factors,the case of collaborative management among multi-subjects in China's urban communities are elicited,the exploration content from the above two levels in China being analyzed deeply.Moreover,the key factors are brought forward to suggest the possible path of community governance,specifically,constructing the benign relationship of the multi subjects in the community.That is,the multi subjects are the preconditions for collaboration.Each subject has core and outfield domains of right and responsibilities.The actions of the multi subjects serve for the common goal;motivation of each subject follows the development of the overall governance system.Identify the entry nodes in the governance relationship network.Elements flow circulates between the subjects and there is a suitable carrier.The chapters arranged in this article are as follows:The first chapter describes the research background of the article,proposes research questions,studies perspectives and research objects,and sets the research framework and technical route of the article.The second chapter,starting with the general research paradigm of the community governance model,summarizes the relevant research foundations of the relationship between community governance model and community multi-governance,and puts forward the analysis framework of institutional and action dimensions.The third chapter is to sort out the cases of international classic governance,focusing on the content of the subject's rights and responsibilities in the system and the process of power interaction between the actors in action,and summing up the corresponding forms of governance subject relationship and governance model.The fourth chapter analyzes the governance cases of Jingming Jiayuan community in Yuhuatai District,Nanjing,and starts from the perspective of multi-governance governance relationships.It focuses on the strength of the subject and the creativity of the interaction between the independent and external field of the core The importance of the entry point in the main network relationship.Chapter 5,based on the above analysis,puts forward a conjecture of the path of community governance:constructing the benign relationship of community multi-subject governance.Chapter 6 summarizes the main findings of this paper and points out the inadequacies of the research.The whole thesis contains about 58 000 words,23 pictures and charts.
