Research On The Process Of Reform Of The National Civil Service System In Kyrgyzstan

The establishment and implementation of the civil service system is a major event in the political life of Kyrgyzstan and an important link in the political structural reform of the Kyrgyz government? The civil service system is an important part of the political system and also the core content of the administrative system reform in Kyrgyzstan? Young and gestates great development needs of Kyrgyzstan toward where civil service system development,not only for political science,management,law,human resource management,and other disciplines to provide abundant theoretical nourish and real material,are more likely to Kyrgyzstan's political system,administrative system and political system influence the core competitiveness of the state and society fundamental factors such as substantive effect? Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the changes and development of the civil service system in Kyrgyzstan,especially the space,direction,path and specific measures for the development of the civil service system in Kyrgyzstan after the promulgation of the Civil Service Act of Kyrgyzstan ?
