The core of this paper is the model of intervention of College Social Work in General Education.With the complexity of the social environment and the diversification of the needs of higher education personnel training,the current general education model under"professionalism"is increasingly unsatisfactory,and general education needs to break through the innovation and development.In contrast,the concept of"people-oriented" and "helping people to help themselves" in college social work and the attitude of tolerance and innovation make it a new direction to explore and solve the problem of students' education,and also a space for innovation to promote the localization of social work.Therefore,through the introduction of college social work to carry out general classroom teaching activities,to better help the overall development of college students,and at the same time to do a good job of the accumulation of experience and development of education function of the college social work.Taking the teaching practice of "Seven Colors"workshop of H University as an example.In the research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case interview method are selected to analyze the influence effect of the general education mode of college social work involved in the general education classroom,and reflecting the pattern dilemmas and challenges behind it.Based on the coupling rationality of college social work and general education,this paper discusses in depth and tries to explore a new model suitable for the development of college social work involved in general education.This has a practical effect on breaking through the bottleneck of the development of general education and the direction of innovation reform.It is more conducive to the opening of innovative fields and active localization in college social work,which deserves continuous attention,improvement and promotion.The main body of the article consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,expounds the research background and research significance of this paper,defines the main concepts involved in the article(college social work,general education),and sorts out the relevant literature research of education of college social work and general knowledge,illustrates the research methods,technical routes and innovations of this paper.The second part is an empirical analysis of the teaching practice cases.It summarizes the information,meaning and teaching practice of the teaching practice cases.It uses the questionnaire survey data to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the effect of the college social work involved in general classroom teaching mode,analyze the fit between the two objects and the hidden challenges behind the existing model.The third part further proposes the interaction mechanism between college social work and general education from the perspective of coupling.The concept of coupling is briefly introduced,and the rationality of the coupling between college social work and general education and the main factors affecting the coupling mechanism are analyzed.The fourth part combines the previous empirical analysis and theoretical elaboration,and creatively puts forward a new model of deep functional coupling of college social work intervention in general classroom and elaborates on the operation of the model.The main methods of college social work intervention mode are divided into "inner penetration+external intervention"."Intrinsic penetration" emphasizes the operational requirements of the model from the introduction of the college social work concept and the integration and innovation of the general education system.The "External Intervention" part promotes the coupling development of college social work and general education from four aspects:social construction,resource integration,teaching curriculum arrangement and teaching evaluation system.The fifth part briefly summarizes the research ideas,process and conclusions of this paper,reflects on the lack of research,and puts forward the future prospects for the development of new modes in the text and the innovation of college social work in education area.
