Since the work of establishing the system of Teacher Education in our country,it is the concern of the community,since the new curriculum reform,the professional requirement for the teacher is higher.Therefore,we can see a lot of work related to the promotion of teacher skills and professional development series.But in our school,the teacher is not an independent position,therefore,how to deal with the relationship between teaching and part-time working class,will also become the research in the background of new curriculum reform project.The problems and Countermeasures of Chinese teachers in junior middle school part-time class teacher in the process of research,trying to find a shortcut to promote the harmonious unity of teaching and teacher work, to jointly promote the teaching and teacher work smoothly.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part of this thesis mainly includes and related problems.The second part introduces the relationship between junior high school language teacher and class teacher work,as junior high school teacher from the special status of junior high school students,the teacher in charge of the student in the process of the growth of Chinese teachers role and advantages of three sections were analyzed,the Chinese teachers in junior high school has the advantage be richly endowed by nature concurrently.The third part summarizes the junior middle school language teachers have problems in the work of class teacher.The fourth part focuses on improving Chinese teachers status of class work strategy, including external strategy and internal strategy, finally realize the integration of teaching and teacher work,harmony and mutually beneficial.
