The core accomplishment of sports is the essential character and key ability which has the basic characteristics of sports and can adapt to the personal lifelong development and social development.It is the concentrated embodiment of the goal of physical education curriculum and involves all levels of sports knowledge,skills,emotional attitude and values.On the basis of the core quality of physical education,this study takes the teaching of "volleyball front and two hands cushion ball" as an example to carry on the teaching design research,discusses the frame and train of thought of the teaching design of high school physical volleyball cushion ball guided by the core quality of physical education,integrates the core quality of physical education into the practical teaching of high school physical volleyball,breaks the limitation of traditional teaching design,opens up a new perspective of physical education teaching,enriches the relevant theory of teaching design based on core accomplishment,and also enriches the teaching case of "volleyball front hand cushion ball ",and expands the teaching design research results under the background of core accomplishment.This research mainly uses the literature method,on the basis of consulting a large number of materials,collects and arranges the related research such as the core accomplishment of physical education and the design of physical education teaching,clarifies the thinking and frame of the research,and analyzes the rationality of infiltrating the core accomplishment of physical education into the design of physical education teaching in senior high school.Then through the method of investigation and interview,the students’ basic knowledge and skills in the early stage are investigated to understand the students’ cognitive level and psychological characteristics,and at the same time,the teaching content is deeply analyzed from the two aspects of curriculum standards and teaching materials,and the enlightenment to the teaching design is obtained.On this basis,from the point of view of cultivating students’ core accomplishment of physical education.Finally,we reflect on the high school physical education teaching design under the background of the whole core accomplishment,and draw the conclusion :(1)the design of the teaching goal should be designed according to the curriculum standard,and the concept of core literacy education should be combined in the design;(2)the teaching content should be comprehensively and systematically analyzed,the design should highlight the penetration of the core accomplishment;(3)the teaching design under the core accomplishment should break through the conventional teaching mode and adopt new teaching methods.Classroom teaching should take the core accomplishment as the main line to carry on the teaching,make clear the main position of the teaching,arrange the physical exercise in time and right amount;(4)evaluate the teaching effect from many aspects and angles evaluation,evaluation to set up a specific evaluation scale.
