Keycompetenceis deeply concerned by education.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Ordinary High School Art Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" and "Core Accomplishment of Art Discipline" came into being.This is bound to have an impact on high school art teaching,which emphasizes more problem-oriented;Pay more attention to students’ life;More advocate the development of regional culture;Pay more attention to the development of the times.The development of art curriculum resources has always received much attention.The"Ordinary High School Art Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" once again mentions the development and utilization of regional resources,and encourages teachers to develop courses with distinctive regional characteristics according to local art teaching resources to meet the learning needs of local students.Firstly,the paper sorts out the core accomplishment of fine arts in theory and analyzes the requirements of national education policy on fine arts teaching in senior high schools.Through the investigation of art teaching in Nanning Yucai Experimental Middle School(senior middle school),it is found that students want art teachers to pay more attention to life when teaching,teachers have high recognition of ASEAN resource development,art teaching attaches more importance to skill training,and art teaching has less contact with current affairs.In view of these situations,the author learned about Nanning regional ASEAN resources through investigation and carried out corresponding teaching research.According to the requirements of "ordinary high school art curriculum standards(2017 edition)",the paper integrates ASEAN elements into high school art teaching according to the principles of feasibility,locality and flexibility,and summarizes the teaching steps of developing and applying ASEAN elements in high school art,enriching the content of art curriculum,strengthening the connection between art curriculum and students’ life,and striving to fulfill the requirements of art curriculum standards to develop students’ core qualities of art.
