In Chinese teaching,the status and function of modern Chinese reading is very important.In some aspects,the teaching of modern Chinese reading determines the success of Chinese teaching.Modern Chinese reading is the basic level of the Chinese subject.It affects the students' basic comprehension and reading ability.It not only has a great impact on Chinese teaching,but also affects the learning of various subjects.Therefore,it is important to improve the effect of modern reading teaching.The main research content of this thesis is to investigate and analyze the current situation of the teaching of modern Chinese reading in the sixth middle school of Yanji City.The School has rich student resources and has made great progress in teaching performance in recent years.Therefore,the author takes Yanji No.6 Middle School as an example to investigate and analyze the status of modern reading teaching.This thesis mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to point out the problems existing in the modern reading teaching of Yanji No.6 Middle School,analyzes these problems,summarizes the reasons,and puts forward some teaching suggestions.Consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the topic selection research,the current research status,the research methods,and the definition of the concept.The second chapter briefly describes the theoretical basis of the topic selection,mainly based on reading theory and "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards For Chinese ";Chapter 3 investigates the current situation of modern reading teaching in the sixth middle school of Yanji City,mainly the basic situation of the sixth middle school of Yanji City and An investigation is conducted on the current situation of modern Chinese reading teaching and student learning in the sixth middle school of Yanji City;Chapter 4 briefly describes the results,shortcomings,and causes of modern modern reading teaching in Yanji Sixth Middle School obtained through the survey;The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions based on the shortcomings of modern text reading in the sixth middle school of Yanji City;the conclusion is summarized,with references and questionnaires attached.Through this survey,the author found that the modern reading teaching of Yanji No.6 Middle School has achieved a lot of results,but there are also some problems:the form of extracurricular reading activities in the school is relatively simple and cannot effectively stimulate students'reading interest;the training activities of teachers cannot To achieve the expected results;the school' s existing reading resources for modern texts are not very abundant;teachers' inherent answering thinking in the teaching process is heavier,which tends to cause students to be imprisoned;teachers' reading assessment methods are relatively simple,and students' reading capacity and Thinking ability is inadequate;these factors hinder the development of students' reading ability and the improvement of thinking ability.Based on the above problems in the teaching of modern Chinese reading,this dissertation conducts in-depth research and analysis,and proposes that to solve the problems,it is necessary to start from various aspects such as schools,teachers,and students to optimize the teaching of modern Chinese reading in an all-round way.The school organizes a variety of reading activities and enriches the modern reading resources of the school;teachers cooperate with school activities and change their teaching concepts;students strive to increase reading volume,cooperate with the teaching of schools and teachers,and improve the effect of modern reading teaching and students in many ways Reading thinking ability.
