| In 2017,the national Ministry of Education issued the "physics curriculum standard for senior high school(2017)" to propose core competences.How to improve the effectiveness of physics teaching in Senior High School under the requirements of the new curriculum standard and core competences is a problem we need to think deeply in the new era.One of the common problems in high school physics class is that there are some differences among students,and teachers are often difficult to balance the needs of all students.Therefore,it is very important to find an effective way to balance the needs of all students in order to improve the effectiveness of physics teaching in senior high school.Hierarchical teaching is based on the actual situation of students to different levels of students to develop teaching objectives in line with their cognitive level,setting layered questions,layered exercises,layered homework,etc.through hierarchical teaching,students can be taught in accordance with their aptitude,so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching.The hierarchical teaching based on "learning determines teaching" can make the learning content of different levels of students and the cognitive level of students match,fully meet the needs of students at all levels,make the design of hierarchical teaching more scientific,combine the teachers’teaching and students’ learning dynamics,and facilitate the effective implementation of hierarchical teaching.Therefore,it has practical value and practical significance to study and implement the hierarchical teaching strategy of "learning determines teaching".Under the guidance of the concept of "learning determines teaching",this study aims to improve the teaching effect of senior high school physics class and students’ core competences by constructing hierarchical teaching strategy and applying it to physics class.The main research work includes:1.Analyze and study the relevant literature,clarify the research status at home and abroad,find out the parts that can be expanded or enriched in previous studies;define the relevant concepts,analyze the theoretical basis,and clarify the principles and operation process.2.Analyze the current situation of physics teaching in senior high school,analyze from three dimensions of interest concept,thinking exploration,scientific attitude and responsibility,find out the existing problems,and attribute the existing problems.3.Based on the existing problems of students,and under the guidance of relevant educational theories,construct the hierarchical teaching strategy of high school physics based on "learning determines teaching".4.Carry on the practice teaching and the practice effect analysis,the experiment class adopts the high school physics stratification teaching strategy based on "learning determines teaching",the control class adopts the conventional teaching method,after the experiment,the interest idea,the thought exploration,the scientific attitude and the responsibility and the study result of the two classes students are processed by SPSS software,and the two classes before and after the practice are compared Whether there are differences in the above dimensions.The main research methods used in this study are literature research,questionnaire survey,experimental research and education statistics.After theoretical and practical research,the following conclusions are formed:Under the guidance of the thought of "learning determines teaching",the teaching strategy based on "learning determines teaching" can improve the students’interest concept,thinking exploration,scientific attitude and responsibility as well as their academic achievements;can significantly improve the effect of high school physics teaching,and can effectively promote the formation and development of the core competences of high school students’ physics,It shows the operability and effectiveness of teaching strategies. |
