Aristotle said:the root of education is bitter,but its fruit is sweet.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of education reform,China' s education has achieved a good momentum of development,and the development of teachers'specialization has become a hot topic in education research.The construction and improvement of rural teachers' team has aroused corresponding attention.The professional quality and level of rural teachers play a direct role in promoting the growth and development of rural students,which is of far-reaching significance to rural education.In order to improve the deficiencies in rural education and change the backward development of rural education,it is necessary to optimize the rural teachers and realize the professional development of rural teachers in primary and secondary schools.Chinese course is the basic course in education,which undertakes the important mission of inheriting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.In the process of Chinese learning,primary and secondary school students develop their thinking ability,improve their appreciation level,and form a good habit of language expression.Therefore,Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools must constantly improve their professional knowledge,skills and spirit,optimize teaching methods and methods,so that Chinese courses and Chinese teaching show due value.To sum up,the research on the professional development of Chinese teachers in rural primary and secondary schools has an important impact on improving rural education and Chinese teaching.Although there are many researches on the development of teachers' Professionalization in our country at present,which are concentrated in the field of rural primary and secondary school teachers,most of them are general.Based on the actual conditions of the development of rural primary and secondary schools in Wuli Town,Hanbin District,Ankang City,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the development of teachers' professionalization of Chinese in rural primary and secondary schools,and then puts forward some suggestions The pertinence and reality of.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly includes the question,the purpose and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research status and research methods.The second chapter is an overview of teachers' professional development,which mainly includes two aspects:first,it states the connotation of teachers' professional development;second,it points out three elements of Chinese teachers' professional development,namely,professional knowledge,professional skills and professional spirit.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the development of Chinese teachers' Professionalization in rural primary and secondary schools in Wuli Town,Hanbin District,Ankang City.Firstly,we understand the general situation of Chinese teachers in local primary and secondary schools,then we explain the design and statistics of the investigation.Finally,we carry out the investigation and analyze the results from the aspects of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional spirit.The fourth chapter is the impact analysis of the professional development of Chinese teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in wulizhen,pointing out the role they play in local education,and analyzing the development difficulties they are facing from three aspects:society,school and themselves.The fifth chapter is the suggestions for the professional development of Chinese teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Wuli Town.The relevant education departments should improve the training system,strengthen continuing education,strengthen on-the-job training,broaden the network learning channels,introduce the growth experience of famous teachers,and improve the welfare of rural teachers' Teaching achievements.Schools should create a good environment for learning and growth,conduct diversified assessment and evaluation on teachers,attach importance to daily teaching and research activities,and send teachers to the countryside.Teachers should strengthen their own development,constantly update their knowledge structure,devote themselves to business research,form a unique teaching style,and constantly reflect,summarize and improve in teaching practice.
