In modern society,reading ability is not only an important part of students'Chinese literacy,but also one of the necessary abilities for students to actively and effectively participate in information society activities.The test of students' reading ability can not only evaluate students' reading level,but also reflect the level of basic education in the region.The evaluation of students' reading ability development level is not only the most important part of Chinese evaluation,but also the difficulty of Chinese evaluation.The main basis of our country's examination of students' reading ability is the Chinese examination in the national college entrance examination(NEMT).As an examination for selecting students in American universities,SAT has something in common with and different from the examination of students' ability in NMET.The examination of reading ability in Chinese college entrance examination has experienced a long development process,and now it has basically developed into two types of questions:ancient poetry reading and modern literature reading.The research object of this paper is mainly modern reading.The modern reading test plays an important role in the college entrance examination of Chinese.Both the number and the score of the test occupy a large proportion of the whole test paper.Since 2017,modern literature reading in the national college entrance examination volume has been fixed into three types of texts,including practical texts,argumentative texts and literature.From the perspective of development,modern literature reading has made significant progress in the selection of test materials and the setting of test topics,such as the emergence of discontinuous texts in practical texts,but still from the perspective of There are many shortcomings.After decades of development,sat has become more and more perfect and mature,and has been favored by many countries and regions.There are many places that we can learn from and learn from,which plays a very important role in improving the test system and level of modern Chinese reading in college entrance examination.The main body of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly combs the context and proposition basis of the development of modern Chinese reading in college entrance examination.It is a process of constant change and development that college entrance examination modern literature reading evolved into three kinds of today's texts from being the vassal of writing at first to gradually independent later,and then to today's three kinds of texts.In the college entrance examination,the modern reading proposition is mainly based on the curriculum standards,college entrance examination syllabus and textbooks;the second part is mainly to analyze the characteristics of the modern reading test;the third part is to compare the modern reading of college entrance examination with the reading of SAT to explore the similarities and differences.In the fourth part,based on the comparison,some suggestions are provided for the modern reading of college entrance examination in the aspects of text selection,ability test and test question setting.Through the detailed and in-depth comparison of the two kinds of reading tests,this paper provides some suggestions for the life system of modern reading test questions of college entrance examination in China,hoping to help improve the level of modern Chinese reading test questions of college entrance examination,make the modern reading test questions of college entrance examination more scientific and reasonable,and also hope to provide some references for front-line teachers.
