Research On The Poverty Reduction Effect Of Skills Training For Rural Labor Force In Wanzhou District

The history of poverty alleviation has a long history,but there are different standards at different stages.With the introduction of my country's precise poverty alleviation policy,my country's poverty alleviation has achieved achievements that other countries cannot surpass.According to the official poverty standards set by my country,there were 250 million people living in poverty in my country at the beginning of reform and opening up.After years and generations of hard work,we will finally get rid of poverty on December 31,2020.However,due to my country's large population base,the number of poor people has always remained above 30% of the global population.Although we have achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation in the past ten years,we still need to continue to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation..Especially those people who live in the western and remote mountainous areas where the production and living conditions are poor,the infrastructure is incomplete,and the social security can't keep up.This part of the population generally has the characteristics of low educational level and lack of expertise.Obviously,it is effective to study the problems of poor areas in our country by using skills training as the starting point.Therefore,it is necessary to link skill training with poverty and conduct in-depth demonstration and research.After years of development,Chongqing has gradually transformed from mentally handicapped agriculture to efficient ecological agriculture.Nevertheless,the vast rural areas still have a large number of poor people,and Chongqing has a long way to go on the road to poverty alleviation.As an important growth pole for the economic development of Northeast Chongqing,Wanzhou District naturally needs to keep up with Chongqing's pace in poverty alleviation.In addition,Wanzhou District achieved poverty alleviation in 2018 and has rich experience in poverty alleviation.This provides a certain realistic basis and possibility for this article to select Wanzhou District to study the effects of skills training in poverty alleviation.This article will analyze the status quo of skills training in poverty-stricken areas,investigate and study the poverty reduction of skills training,and adopt the methods of literature research,case investigation,and questionnaire survey to find out the relationship between skills training and poverty alleviation.The regional stability and poverty alleviation results provide a reference.
