Job burnout originally refers to a kind of exhausted physical and mental state caused by long working hours,high work intensity and heavy workload of employees in service industry.Now,with the rapid development of our economy and the great stride forward of our society,job burnout has swept all walks of life,and the field of training teachers is no exception.With the aggravation of the market competition,the competition of the training industry is more and more intense,and the pressure of training teachers is more and more obvious.In recent years,it has been reported that training teachers have become one of the occupations with the highest turnover rate because of the increasing phenomenon of job burnout.However,the job burnout of training teachers will seriously affect the quality and efficiency of their own work,also affect the training effect of the trained students,and even restrict the survival and development of the whole education and training institutions.Therefore,the phenomenon of job burnout of training teachers should be highly concerned by the society.Taking Xi'an x education and training institution as an example,according to the survey,the working enthusiasm of its staff is declining day by day,of which the working state of the training teachers is the most worrying,and the training teachers also account for the largest proportion in the composition of the brain drain of the institution,all of which is due to the job burnout of some training teachers.Some training teachers are exhausted physically and mentally,and their energy and physical strength are overdrawn,which makes them trapped in emotional exhaustion.It is easy to cause no passion and lack of motivation in work and life,often accompanied by a sense of tension and frustration;some training teachers treat work with a negative,indifferent or evasive attitude,and keep deliberately avoiding relevant affairs.In the work,they don't see,don't hear,and don't care about themselves.They don't want to take any responsibility,which makes the organization's goals meaningless.Some training teachers tend to make negative evaluation on themselves,and think that they don't have enough ability to match their own positions,which is reflected in the decline of self-esteem and lack of confidence in the work.Therefore,the phenomenon of job burnout of training teachers in X education and training institutions has aroused the attention of the author,and it needs to be solved urgently.Based on the in-depth study of related theories at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively explores the problems existing in the work of training teachers in X education and training institutions from the perspective of job burnout.After investigation,it is found that the first-line training teachers in X education and training institutions generally have the phenomenon of job burnout,which is more serious,especially the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization process in the dimension of job burnout The degree is serious,while the degree of low achievement is light.Then,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,which are mainly manifested in five aspects:first,the workload of training teachers is too heavy;second,the evaluation system of training teachers is unreasonable;third,the role conflict and role ambiguity of training teachers;fourth,the family and work conflict of training teachers;fifth,the individual psychological capital of teachers is low.For this reason,a more scientific and reasonable solution to the job burnout of X education and training institutions is designed,and specific suggestions are put forward to help solve the job burnout of X education and training institutions,which is not only helpful to alleviate the level of job burnout of training teachers in this institution,improve the harmonious and efficient work efficiency of X education and training institutions,but also helpful to provide similar solutions to similar enterprises The feasibility reference of the topic enriches the research materials in the field of job burnout.
