| With the rapid development of the market economy and changes in people's lifestyles,outdoor sports have attracted much attention and loved by people as a new sport that is close to nature,challenging themselves,and releasing themselves.After years of efforts,Xi'an's outdoor sports industry has made great progress,but there are also many problems.This study analyzes the overall development status of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an,explores a series of problems in its development,and proposes corresponding solutions to provide theoretical guidance for the future high-quality development of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an.Theoretical and practical significance.The main research methods used are:field survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method and literature data method,etc.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Xi'an outdoor sports have achieved a certain degree of development,first of all thanks to the increasingly perfect support and the protection provided by the regulatory policy system.The overall structure of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an takes consumers,outdoor enterprises and clubs as the main body,the Sports Federation as the official representative,and the Xi'an Outdoor Sports Association as the industry bridge,which promotes the healthy development of the outdoor sports industry market.(2)The main force for the development of business outdoor sports club industry.The profit model of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an mainly includes the service product sales of outdoor corporate clubs,outdoor product store equipment product marketing,and the hosting of outdoor events.In product development,pay attention to the coordination of short-term products and long-term products to enhance user stickiness.The initial scale of Qinling-based outdoor sports bases has formed a preliminary basis,which has provided support for club activities.(3)Outdoor competitions and large-scale events in Xi'an are becoming more and more abundant with prominent features.However,most of them are based on social benefits such as mass leisure and fitness activities.There are relatively few outdoor competitions.There are fewer international and domestic large-scale outdoor events.The status of outdoor events is that social benefits are greater than economic benefits.Benefits,insufficient commercial development,and poor self-hematopoiesis.(4)The outdoor equipment sales market has continued to grow.Sales of outdoor sports equipment products ushered in new opportunities,and the sales model has become increasingly perfect.(5)The development of outdoor sports industry attaches increasing importance to cultural construction.Xi'an pays special attention to the cultural construction of the outdoor sports industry,and the cultural connotation of the outdoor sports industry is becoming increasingly rich.(6)In a survey of participants in five large outdoor sports clubs in Xi'an,it was found that the number of participants was 25-44 years old,the overall level of education is high,and the income level is high.The occupations are mainly corporate technicians,companies Stable income groups such as management and marketing personnel,personnel of institutions and institutions.Participants' value orientation and behaviors are increasingly diversified.Their knowledge and information about outdoor sports items mainly come from the Internet and new media.The number of people who participate in 1-3 activities each year is the largest,and the number of short-term preferences is the largest.Consumption willingness is low.Friends participate in the most outdoor activities together,the main purpose is to enjoy the scenery,enjoy nature and fitness.(7)The problems in the development of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an include the following:rules and regulations need to be perfected and management has a large blind area;activities are relatively single,and supplies sales and manufacturing are facing dilemmas;cultural construction needs to be deepened,and cultural connotations need to be tapped;competition market Inadequate development,poor hematopoietic function,etc.(8)The corresponding development countermeasures for the development of the outdoor sports industry in Xi'an include:strengthening the construction of policies and regulations,eliminating management blind spots;optimizing resources,standardizing market order and innovating outdoor sports products;brand building of equipment and supplies,innovative marketing models,and promoting cultural construction,Build a cultural outdoor sports industry;tap the elements of the times,and cultivate a characteristic game market. |
