Prospering the country must promote education,revitalize education first,strengthen teachers,and comprehensively strengthen the construction of teachers.It has become a major strategic task and a fundamental livelihood project for my country to accelerate education modernization,build a strong education country,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teachers are called the first resource for educational development,which is one of the key factors that determine the effectiveness of educational reform.The professionalism and professionalism of teachers affect the quality of education in the country,and high-level teachers are extremely important for the development of education in a country.Primary school education is an important component of basic education.The impact of primary school learning on people is extremely profound.Therefore,the level of professionalization of primary school teachers is particularly important.To this end,this study focuses on the professional growth of primary school teachers.Based on the study and combing of relevant literature,case studies are used to analyze the professional growth of the research objects.The case study will focus on the teacher growth theory from the macro to the representative individual teachers.Its advantage lies in the depth of the research,and its significance is that it can deeply understand the characteristics of individual typical cases and better highlight the characteristics and characteristics of typical cases.General contact.In this study,a mathematics teacher,W,a primary school in the X primary school in the northwestern region of my country,was selected as the research object to conduct a long-term follow-up survey,and the professional growth was analyzed in depth based on the time of his professional growth process.The purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of the professional growth of teachers,to analyze the key factors affecting their professional growth,and to explore the problems of teacher professional growth.The research focus of this study is on the professional growth of teachers.The reason why Teacher W is selected as the research object is that Teacher W's professional growth is typically representative.This study focuses on the professional growth process and professional style of Teacher W,and explores the key factors that affect his professional growth.Through research,it is found that the factors that affect Teacher W's professional growth include internal factors and external factors.Internal factors mainly include positive and cheerful personality characteristics,high teacher professional sentiment,relaxed management wisdom and solid professional knowledge and skills.External factors include the influence of important others and key events.Although,as a case study object,Teacher W's professional growth process has its own uniqueness,its professional growth process cannot be simply copied and copied.However,it is not completely different,and there are rules to follow,which have the meaning and value of learning reference.The author hopes to use the professional growth process of excellent teachers as a copy,to refine the effective inspiration and thinking for teachers'professional growth.
