In recent years,with the continuous reform of basic education in our country,the quality-oriented education of primary school students has put forward the requirements of whole-person education.Whole-person education requires schools to implement the education of all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,physical,aesthetic and labor for students,so as to promote the balanced physical and mental development and positive and healthy growth of primary students.However,in real life,primary school students are faced with a lot of pressure,heavy schoolwork burden and achievement pressure make primary school students tired,and some of them even show indifference to life attitude and behavior.In view of this phenomenon,this paper carries out the intervention and research on the life education of ordinary pupils in the school field.In this study,the fifth grade students of X primary school in xi'an city were taken as the research objects.After understanding the basic situation of X primary school,the author used questionnaire and interview to understand the development status of life education,the fifth grade students' cognition of life and their attitude towards life.The survey results show that the school has not yet opened the life education course,the fifth grade students of life and death cognition has certain deviation and vague understanding.In addition,the author found that some students were unable to correct the negative emotions when encountering setbacks and blows,and even accompanied by suicidal ideation.Therefore,on the basis of needs assessment,the author selected 12 fifth-grade students as the service objects of this activity,adopted the group work method,and designed 8 group activities to implement life education for primary school students on the basis of group dynamics theory,cognitive behavior theory and advantage perspective theory.The specific intervention process is divided into four stages:the first stage is mainly to establish professional trust with the primary school students,to conclude a group contract,clear group objectives;The second stage belongs to the life education module,which includes 4 group activities,aiming at improving the attitude of life and establishing the high-quality life belief through the cognition of life of primary school students.The third stage is to carry out death education based on the family and school's avoidance of the topic of death and the elementary students' vague cognition of death.The author explains the course of human life to primary school students through the life process of plants and animals,so that primary school students understand the uniqueness and limitation of life,the irreversibility of death and other characteristics,learn to think about life to death,cherish life;The fourth stage is to review and summarize the activities and deal with parting emotions.After the end of offline activities,the online way to follow up the service,strengthen the effect of intervention.The results show that the intervention of social work in the life education of primary school students has achieved certain results,the cognition of life and death of students has been improved,the attitude of life and death has been improved.In addition,the author believes that it is feasible to add death education module into the life education of primary school students by using the group work method.Primary school students can effectively learn the knowledge related to life and death in the group situation,understand the importance of life,and set up the concept of cherishing life.
