Throughout the current situation of music in primary school and middle school,with the continuous promotion of the new curriculum standard,cultural and literary work and philosophy and social science work have gradually become the mainstream of national cultural construction.Especially in General Secretary Xi Jinping's cultural construction in the 2019 government work report,he stressed that "a country or a nation can not have no soul." Therefore,the work of culture,literature,philosophy and social sciences has played a role of cultivating the soul in adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Compared with the holographic theory,the process of contemporary social development is only a subsystem of history,and the music classroom is only a holographic element under the music knowledge and culture system.Therefore,based on the holographic theory,combined with the new needs of the development of the times,and from the perspective of music discipline,the author will review the past and look forward to the future,cultivate students' moral emotion through music,and enable them to understand and create from music emotion.Holographic theory takes "the part meets the whole" as its basic meaning,which generalizes the horizontal or vertical relation of things or reflects the whole phenomenon.For the process of social development,education does not exist as an isolated individual.As an individual,it is also influenced by the social and political system,economic system,national development level,national culture and public psychology in the process of evolution.On the contrary,the music course is also a product of knowledge and culture in the process of national evolution.In terms of the basic meaning of holographic theory,a short piece of music can reflect the development information of the era of the work.In the macro strategy of junior high school music teaching,it is pointed out that the basic concept of holographic theory is put forward relative to the music curriculum concepts such as "taking aesthetics as the core","advocating the integration of disciplines,carrying forward folk music" and "understanding multi-culture"."Improving music aesthetics" is the ultimate goal of music teaching practice,which means to enable students to obtain personal aesthetic experience through music practice,so as to improve students' personality and shape the embodiment of humanistic value.Taking the basic meaning of the holographic theory as the main development basis of music teaching,through the rich and varied teaching methods,the ultimate goal of music teaching course is achieved through the practice and reflection of music teaching course.
