As a branch of minors, the minor children of prisoners need to be paid more attention. They are susceptible to be neglected especially nowadays when there is no perfect justice and standard social assistance. They are under great psychological pressure, generally lack of security, show inferiority, exclude the outside world, have deviation in self-awareness,rarely communicate with outsiders, let alone let people know their family situation.Because of the particularity of identity, they dare not actively ask for help from the outside world and close themselves. This study focuses on the "sunshine growth workshop" project, which takes the minor children of prisoners as object and provides long-term professional services for the minor children of prisoners through case counseling,parent-child workshops, and school counseling and other ways. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to carry out this research. The qualitative analysis was mainly about the observation and feedback of the minor children of the prisoners and the interview with their parents during the activity. The quantitative evaluation mainly refers to the scale of resilience in the California Healthy Children Survey, and designs the scale of resilience and the questionnaire of social psychological needs of the minor children of prisoners. The specific operation of resilience is divided into three dimensions: pleasure, efficacy and sense of belonging.Starting from reducing risk factors and improving protective factors,an effective way can be found to improve resilience by guiding the establishment of positive self-awareness,improving the ability to solve problems, promoting good family interaction and creating a supportive environment. The plight of the minor children of prisoners has its own characteristics, complexity and degree, which cannot be solved by a single model. We should pay more attention to the application of various specific professional models, and provide the resources which they really need according to the needs of each case owner to help them out of the dilemma.
