Along with our country new round foundation education curriculum reform unceasingly advances.There is a growing awareness of the importance of course resources.utilization of curriculum resources is not only the power to push forward the curriculum reform of basic education,but also an important condition to maintain the sustainable development of basic education.Due to the big difference between kindergarten curriculum and other basic education curriculum,there is no fixed and unified teaching material and curriculum plan,so higher requirements are put forward for kindergarten teachers' ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources and curriculum design,implementation and evaluation.Z park was selected as the research object of case study to analyze and discuss the status quo of curriculum resource utilization by kindergarten teachers in D city.It includes the development and utilization of preschool resources,teacher resources,material resources,family resources and community resources by teachers.At the same time,this paper analyzes and discusses the basic characteristics of J kindergarten teachers' development and utilization of curriculum resources,which are characterized by universality,one-person development mode,greater autonomy and serving teaching activities as the main purpose.Therefore,it is proposed that kindergarten should improve teachers' awareness and ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources through various kinds of raising classics.To provide various supports and guarantees for teachers;The establishment of a sound curriculum resource database,the realization of resource sharing and other recommendations.
