The teaching of Chinese classical poetry has always been the key content of Chinese teaching in senior high school.As an important literary genre in ancient poetry,legal poetry has the characteristics of short length,concise language,strict rhyme,neat confrontation,rich emotion and various artistic forms.Learning legal poetry not only accords with the trend of Chinese teaching,but also can inherit Chinese excellent traditional culture and cultivate students' humanistic accomplishment.But the teaching of legal poetry has been unsatisfactory.This paper attempts to find an effective way of teaching high school law poetry by combing the previous research results and investigating the current situation of the problems existing in the teaching of high school law poetry.This thesis mainly includes three aspects: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part expounds the research background,research significance,literature review(research status),research object,research method and concept of law poetry teaching in senior high school,analyzes and summarizes the present situation of teaching ancient poetry teaching in senior high school,and analyzes and summarizes the present situation of law poetry teaching.The text part is divided into four chapters,the first chapter mainly expounds the new curriculum reform and the requirements of the new curriculum standard for the teaching of lawyers,combs the high school Chinese teaching materials,analyzes the test questions of the law poetry in the high school examination,and expounds the value of the law poetry teaching,and emphasizes the necessity of attaching importance to the law poetry teaching.The second chapter mainly carries on the investigation to the high school law poem teaching present situation,summarizes several reasons about the law poem teaching present situation is not ideal,mainly is: the teacher specialized accomplishment is insufficient,the teaching content grasps has the deviation,the teaching method is single,the student interest is insufficient,the subjective initiative is low.The third chapter expounds the feasibility of the teaching of legal poetry by combining the new curriculum standard,teaching materials and questionnaire survey results.The fourth chapter,the author makes a content optimization for the problems in the teaching of high school law poetry,and expounds the content points that need to be strengthened in the teaching of high school law poetry.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of the teaching method of high school law poetry to improve the teaching quality of high school law poetry.The conclusion summarizes the thesis and puts forward some shortcomings that the author may have in the thesis due to lack of experience.
