Research On The Improvement Plan Of Information Management Of OY University

The world today is undergoing a transition from the era of industrialization to the era of informatization.The accelerating integration of information technology in various fields of national economy has become important driving force for the development of today's global economy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,informatization has become a national strategy.With the introduction of the "Internet +" plan,and the plan for promoting big data and other policies promoting information technology,the penetration of information technology into college education has been accelerated.In 2016,the Ministry of Education issued the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Education Information Technology" ",It also clarifies the important role of information management in universities.However,the information construction in colleges differs greatly in different regions.Compared with the eastern region,the information construction in colleges of western region is relatively backward,mainly manifested in their lagging concepts,insufficient investment and low efficiency.OY University,located in the western region,has begun to take shape in information management construction in recent years,but there are also common problems during the information construction of universities in western region,which has seriously limited further development of OY university information management.This research is supported by information management theory and information technology development stage theory.Based on the analysis to the current situation of OY university informatization management,this paper studies the problems in OY university informatization management,to provide OY university with informatization management promoting plan and to point out the safeguard measures for the implementation of the program.The following main conclusions are drawn: first,OY University has initially established a comprehensive teaching management platform and a service supporting platform,and the hardware infrastructure has basically meet the requirements of standard.What's.more,an information security system has been initially established;second,OY University 's information management has some constraints in its development environment,where unreasonable composition of personnel informatization talents,low quality of personnel informatization talents,unimplemented management systems,and insufficient attention of leaders have restricted further development of OY University 's information management level;third,based on problem-oriented principle,this research puts forward an improvement plan for OY University informatization management from the following aspects: establishing informatization development plan,optimizing informatization management organization,perfecting informatization management system and improving informatization management platform.Specific focus from its leadership,talent training,technical support,and flexible funding guarantees are adopted to ensure the effective implementation of the upgrading plans.This study is guided by the problems in the information management of OY University,and proposes an improvement plan for information management that can be well implemented to promote the information construction of OY University and which has practical significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of OY University.It also provides a suitable solution for the informatization construction of similar colleges in western region.However,information management in colleges is a complex systematic project.Because of the limitation of the perspective and research methods used in this study,there is still insufficient research on the internal operating mechanism of information management,which is also a problem that needs further research in the future.
