In the case of high school students in the city who have access to rich educational resources easily,however appearance a phenomenon of low academic achievement.The reason why this phenomenon come,and the part of social worker played in the current situation can change it or not,which is the main research content of this article.In the internship process,it was found that most of the high school students with low academic achievements belong to the group of accompanying children.Focus on the research object,several major factors affecting their academic achievements,such as peer groups,teachers,families,plus school circumstance.Through observation and interviewing process.,the reasons for the homogeneity of the low academic achievements of high school students are summarized.Due to the homogeneity of the difficulty,the study chose to use the group work method to intervene the reason of low academic achievement.The results of interviews indicate that the individual reasons for the low academic achievement of the team members are complexity.According to the common mode of the social work group,the reasons for homogeneity and individual reasons are combined to design and implement the group plan,and evaluate the effect after the group ends.The whole process of social work in the school field to improve the academic achievement of high school students low problem of qualitative research.Through the series of practical work,the factors that affect students' academic achievements are::he poor communication methods comes from peer groups,school teachers 'educational ideas,whether the family members' emphasis on learning,students 'self-cognition,and teaching evaluation system.The experience which gained in follows: The "value-neutral" principle of social work in group practice will be challenged.Quantitative indicators are important and significant in the process of group work.The ability to focus on issues during interviews is tremendously magnitude for the whole study.Compared with the profession of teachers,social work majors are more likely to be accepted by students on issues involving low academic achievement.
