Teachers are the cornerstone of the development of education,and the quality of education mainly depends on Teachers' teaching level.With the development of the times and the deepening of teaching reform,the existing knowledge system of teachers has been difficult to meet the needs of teaching.Therefore,post job training is particularly important.The post job training of physical education teachers is an important way to improve the level of teaching skills of physical education teachers,and the content and organization of training are directly related to the effect of training.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation to investigate and analyze the teaching skills training of physical education teachers in the weak subject of compulsory education in Junan County,and draws the following conclusions:1.the proportion of male and female PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in the rural compulsory education stage in Junan county is seriously unbalanced.Professional titles are mainly secondary ones,accounting for 78.2%.The structure of professional titles is unreasonable.In terms of age,young and middle-aged teachers are the main body,and the age structure is relatively reasonable.In terms of education,undergraduate education is the main one,which has reached the national standard.2.the training content is divided into two important parts: Theory and skills.In terms of skills training,there are six items in total,which can be selected in a wide range.However,in terms of the way of selecting skills,the trainees tend to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.Most of them choose to be good at their own projects,which is not good for making up shortcomings.Skills training focuses more on the learning of professional skills display,while the writing of judgment rules and sports teaching plans And classroom organization and management are less involved.The theoretical training mainly involves the research on the skill teaching of teachers,the organization and implementation of the teaching plan of physical education,etc.,which is highly consistent with the needs of students,but it does not involve the knowledge about teenagers' psychology urgently needed by students.The course content of this training has made great progress compared with the previous training content,but there is still a certain gap with the actual needs of physical education teachers.3.the training mode of expert on-site guidance and independent practice,skill learning and educational practice meets the expectation of trainees.After training,the trainees have gained a lot in professional skills.The assessment methods of practical examination,theoretical examination and attendance are basically consistent with the training methods expected by the trainees,but the assessment that can better reflect the learning attitude and ability of classroom performance is not involved.The high standard training faculty,which is mainly composed of college teachers and supplemented by backbone teachers and teaching researchers,can meet the needs of students.However,students are generally dissatisfied with the arrangement of training time,which leads to some students' resistance.The motivation to participate in the training is more from the purpose of gaining credits and other utilitarian purposes.During and after the training,the trainees did not get the materials they most wanted.4.the training incentive system for PE teachers is not perfect,the training content is lack of innovation,the course of PE skills improvement needs to be improved,and various training are homogenized.
